Winchester White was founded in 1986 to provide independent, practical advice and services to the financial services sector.

Winchester White is recognised as a specialist and well respected brand within the financial services industry. We have established a reputation for delivering sound advice – 80% of our client assignments are repeat engagements. A set of key characteristics, beliefs and values underpin our services and relationships with our clients:

  • We are independent and have no alliances with any other organisation. We will not undertake an assignment that could compromise our independence or inhibits our ability to give full, frank and objective advice to other clients.
  • We take a long-term view of our clients’ businesses and our own. Delivering results leads to good relationships. 80% of our client engagements are for existing clients.
  • We work with our clients. For the duration of an engagement we act as an integral part of your team, working together with your staff and, when appropriate, other third parties. Our aim is not to outstay our welcome or deploy large numbers of consultants, rather we focus on delivering results.
  • We provide flexible frameworks rather than rigid processes. If you ask us to evaluate systems suppliers, for example, we would apply a clear, structured and objective approach from initial brief through to final recommendation. We tailor our knowledge and experience to work with your processes.
  • Unafraid to challenge. We are fearlessly honest, will deliver the difficult messages and recommend the right course of action for the long term - even if this could be perceived as unattractive in the short term.
