Winchester White's ethos has been to build a team that is focussed on the needs of our clients. Each member has been selected for their expertise and experience together with their ability to work effectively with our clients - individually or as part of a broader team.
Our Consultants are experienced financial services practitioners. This means that we don't expect our clients to teach us the fundamentals of their business. Management theory has its place as a useful reference point and provides structure, but our advice is tempered with the knowledge of what works and what doesn't.
